Mariah Henry is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Mariah handles litigation and counseling matters on behalf of management in a wide range of labor and employment matters. Her practice focuses on employment litigation, including discrimination and retaliation claims, disability accommodation matters, and other disputes arising under applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Beyond the realm of litigation, Mariah advises clients on employment issues ranging from wage and hour compliance to workplace investigations.
Prior to joining the firm, Mariah worked for a national management side labor and employment boutique firm and a local plaintiff-side law firm, giving her insight into strategies and tactics commonly used by opposing counsel. Mariah utilizes this knowledge to help clients anticipate and proactively respond to litigation risks.
In her spare time, Mariah enjoys exploring the ever-evolving food scene in D.C. and taking long walks with her lab-mix, Gracie.
