Chante is a trademark, branding, and advertising lawyer who combines her in-depth understanding of her clients' business and brand with significant trial experience. She represents both plaintiffs and defendants in trademark, copyright, and brand disputes in a wide variety of industries. From entertainment to food and beverage to energy, Chante understands how the case impacts not just the matter at hand, but also her client's reputation and future growth. By working collaboratively with her clients, prioritizing their goals, and immersing herself in their businesses' needs, she is able to quickly identify creative solutions.
Chante represents and advises clients on a wide range of brand management needs, including trademark enforcement, litigation, and domain name disputes, as well as compliance with advertising laws. She also counsels her clients across a range of intellectual property issues, from implementing brand protection strategy to navigating litigation through trial. She helps her clients protect their works and their reputations at every stage of development.
In addition to her legal practice, Chante also has a strong commitment to providing pro bono and community service. She advises native communities in cultural property management and protection, and provides intellectual property counseling to local artists. Prior to law school, Chante was a corps member with Teach For America.
