Timothy Rozier-Byrd is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Healthcare Industry Team.
Timothy advises clients on a broad range of healthcare transactional and regulatory matters. His experience involves includes navigating complex regulatory, operational, and corporate governance issues and assisting with general corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic affiliations.
Timothy attended Boston University School of Law, where he was involved in the Health Law Association and Student Government Association. Prior to law school, Timothy worked as a healthcare consultant, advising a variety of state and federal healthcare agencies. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from The George Washington University.
