Sally Elshihabi is special counsel in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Sally's practice focuses on the representation of insured in connection with transactional risk products, including the issuance of representations and warranties insurance (RWI) policies. She advises in the underwriting of RWI policies, and assists in the purchase of RWI for various buyers as well as in the RWI claims process.
