Overview

Ryan Krueger is an employment defense attorney whose trial experience spans more than a dozen proceedings across multiple forums, including seven jury trials, bench/judicial reference trials, and multiple arbitrations, as well as appellate argument before the California Court of Appeal. He represents California employers in wage and hour class actions, PAGA matters, employment discrimination claims, wrongful termination cases and sexual harassment disputes.

Ryan handles all aspects of employment litigation, from brief writing and depositions to oral arguments, and has participated in proceedings ranging from short hearings to multi-week trials.

Beyond the courtroom, Ryan serves as a trusted advisor to employers on day-to-day workplace matters, including wage and hour compliance, employee terminations, handbooks and policies, and employment and separation agreements.
