Chambers-ranked for intellectual property litigation, Paul represents clients in cases involving trade secrets, trademarks, trade dress, false advertising, dilution, copyrights, patents and cases involving parallel imports and counterfeiting. He also litigates claims at the intersection of content ownership and technology, including disputes arising out of the use of artificial intelligence (AI). He has also represented clients before the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the National Advertising Division (NAD) of the Council of Better Business Bureaus and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
