Nick Pappas is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Chicago office.
Nick has experience in all types of public and private securities transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, secondary offerings, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, tender offers and SPAC transactions. Nick also has experience advising public companies and private equity firms on corporate transactions such as going-private transactions and other complex mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Nick regularly advises clients on SEC compliance and disclosure issues, Sections 13 and 16 reporting, stock exchange listing requirements and other general corporate matters.
