Lyle Chan is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's Orange County office.
His practice is focused on counseling and defending employers of all sizes in a variety of industries regarding employment matters. Lyle supports his clients from the pre-litigation stage through trial or arbitration in cases involving wage and hour class and representative disputes, as well as matters involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under California and federal laws.
In addition to his litigation practice, Lyle regularly advises clients on how to navigate the often complex laws and regulations pertaining to employers, helping them make important decisions that affect their business and their personnel.
