An early passion for global affairs compelled Luca to build his career abroad, gaining unique insights into diverse markets and cultures while working in Milan and Warsaw and helping to launch Sheppard’s offices in Brussels and London. Fluent in Italian, Luca developed an international practice focused on cross-border transactions.
Before assuming his role as chair, Luca established a distinguished practice advising companies, investment banks and private equity firms on complex M&A and cross-border deals. His proven record guiding organizations through multifaceted growth has helped position Sheppard as a globally leading law firm that delivers strategic solutions to clients worldwide.
