Jack Kiley represents employers in complex labor and employment disputes and workplace matters, with a practice spanning litigation, arbitration, counseling, internal investigations and traditional labor relations.
Jack represents employers in federal and state courts and in arbitration forums, including employment disputes before FINRA involving financial services firms and proceedings before the American Arbitration Association. His work includes defending employers across industries in claims involving discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and contractual disputes, and he has obtained favorable outcomes in litigation and arbitration.
He advises management, human resources professionals and in-house counsel on the full range of employment issues, such as compliance, performance management, reductions in force, restrictive covenants and workplace policies. Jack also conducts internal investigations into sensitive workplace matters, including matters involving senior executives and C-suite leadership at large organizations.
Jack also advises and represents employers in traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining negotiations, union organizing campaigns, grievance arbitrations and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board. His experience spans multiple industries, including financial services, nonprofit and social services organizations, healthcare providers and other employers.
