Jessica represents and advises clients on a wide range of employment matters including litigation, internal investigations, and strategic employment counseling.
Jessica maintains a strong litigation practice in matters ranging from single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination claims, to complex multi-plaintiff systemic and wage and hour claims.
A significant portion of her practice involves investigating high-profile and sensitive misconduct allegations, conducting assessments of workplace culture, and advising clients regarding wage and hour compliance, reductions in force, and other employment policies and initiatives to ensure compliance with US state and federal laws.
