Jackie Suh is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Jackie’s practice centers on employment law. She represents employers across a wide range of industries at all stage of disputes, from pre-litigation through arbitration and trial in state and federal courts. She defends clients against claims involving harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wrongful termination, employee misclassification, and wage and hour violations, including complex PAGA representative actions and class actions.
In addition to litigation, Jackie represents clients in proceedings before administrative agencies, including the California Labor Commissioner, the California Civil Rights Department, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the U.S. Department of Labor. She also advises employers on compliance and risk management, providing practical, business-focused guidance on workplace issues to help prevent disputes before they arise.
