Henry Chen is an associate in the Governmental Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Henry focuses his practice on international trade and customs matters. Prior to joining Sheppard, Henry spent three years as an attorney-advisor working for U.S. Customs and Border Protection in the agency's Office of Trade, Regulations & Rulings Directorate where he specialized in restricted merchandise and forced labor enforcement matters.
During law school, Henry was a member of the George Mason Law Review and a student advisor for the Mason Veterans and Servicemembers Legal Clinic. Henry is an Army veteran and current reservist in the Army National Guard.
