Hailey represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters in arbitration and state and federal courts, including wage and hour claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace disputes.
Hailey also advises employers on compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations, and internal policies and employment practices.
