Overview

Gregg Fisch has extensive experience in all aspects of employment litigation, successfully defending management in both class actions and single-plaintiff matters. He also regularly provides clients with practical advice on a wide range of day-to-day employment law issues, from establishing effective human resource policies to complying with federal and state workplace laws.

Clients benefit from Gregg’s extensive litigation experience in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies defending complaints involving wrongful termination, wage-and-hour violations, sexual harassment, retaliation, all types of discrimination and other statutory, contract and tort-related claims. He also handles matters related to union campaigns and elections, as well as unfair labor practice (ULP) charges.

Gregg regularly advises clients on compliance with wage-and-hour, disability and family and medical leave laws, workplace violence prevention, and discipline and termination processes. He also prepares and revises employee handbooks and other employment documents, including separation, arbitration and confidentiality agreements.

Gregg has deep experience conducting, organizing and overseeing internal investigations into allegations of discrimination, harassment, theft, assault and other employee wrongdoing. He regularly counsels in-house professionals on best practices for conducting investigations. Gregg also has obtained temporary restraining orders to help prevent workplace violence.
