Chloe Chung is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.
Chloe represents clients in a variety of commercial and business litigation matters, including privacy and technology issues, consumer defense, securities regulation and enforcement, and general business litigation. Chloe has worked on a wide variety of matters across the retail, beauty, and fashion space, including class actions, multi-district litigations, regulatory claims, arbitrations, and other complex litigation matters in state and federal court. She also represents clients in high stakes trusts, estates and fiduciary litigation, such as trust contests and breach of fiduciary duty matters. Chloe excels in finding creative legal solutions for her clients at all stages of the litigation process.
Chloe also has a robust pro bono practice, and has attained successful settlements and post-trial judgments for her various pro bono clients.
