Overview

Cami Khalili represents public and private companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies, and entrepreneurs and founders in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, entity formation, and other general corporate matters. She works with clients across a wide range of industries, including technology, aerospace and defense, food and beverage, retail, and fashion and beauty.

Cami received her law degree from Georgetown University Law Center. While in law school, she served on the board of the Jewish Law Students Association and the Women’s Legal Alliance. 

Prior to law school, Cami attended the University of Southern California, where she studied business administration.
