Adrielli is an associate in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the firm's San Diego (Downtown) office. She represents clients in a broad range of employment matters, including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes. She has experience handling single-plaintiff lawsuits, class actions, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) cases in both state and federal courts, as well as representing clients in mediation, arbitration, and administrative agency hearings. Adrielli also has experience with First Amendment employee issues and has previously worked on amicus briefs to the California Supreme Court.
Beyond her legal practice, Adrielli is an active public speaker and presenter, participating in conferences and assisting clients with trainings and presentations.
Adrielli received her J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where she served on the International Law Journal and Appellate Moot Court boards and served as President of the Black Law Student Association. During law school, she externed for Judge Cynthia Bashant in the Southern District of California and clerked with the United States Department of Education Office of Civil Rights and the California Attorney General's Civil Rights Enforcement Section.
