Robert Darwell and Tracey Kennedy Named Business of Law Visionaries by the Los Angeles Times

Sheppard Mullin partners Robert Darwell and Tracey Kennedy were recognized as Business of Law Visionaries by the Los Angeles Times. Darwell was noted for his work “on the development, finance, production and distribution of hundreds of motion pictures and television productions (including personal favorites ‘Traffic,’ ‘Brokeback Mountain’ and ‘Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind’)” and serving “as lead entertainment counsel to Comcast in connection with its acquisition of NBC Universal.” Kennedy was noted for trying “to verdict three wage and hour class actions” and for being “a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member of American Board of Trial Advocates.”
