Tyler is a corporate attorney focused on advising venture capital investors, public companies, and private equity firms and their portfolio companies across the full range of complex transactions. Her practice encompasses mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts, take-private transactions, divestitures, venture capital and other growth-stage investments, recapitalizations, and restructurings, as well as related corporate governance matters.
Tyler works closely with founders, management teams, and investors to understand their long-term strategic objectives and deliver legal advice that serves those goals. A committed deal-maker, Tyler combines sound legal judgment with a hands-on approach to ensure transactions close efficiently and on terms that work for her clients.
Prior to joining Sheppard, Tyler was a corporate associate at a leading international law firm.
