Tina Watson advises clients in the healthcare sector on a wide range of healthcare regulatory and data privacy issues. Her experience encompasses compliance counseling and risk assessment, policy and contract drafting, and support in connection with regulatory investigations and complex transactions. Tina routinely counsels healthcare clients on data privacy and cybersecurity laws, including HIPAA, Part 2, and emerging state privacy legislation. She also supports the firm’s Healthy AI initiative, which focuses on the use of artificial intelligence in healthcare.
Tina attended Boston University School of Law, graduated cum laude, and was an editor for the Boston University Law Review. While in law school, Tina participated in BU Law’s Technology Law Clinic, where she counseled graduate student entrepreneurs on consumer protection, data privacy, and FDA regulatory issues affecting their products and ventures. She also interned in the office of the general counsel at a large non-profit health system in Boston. Tina received her Bachelor of Arts from Columbia University.
