Sean is a corporate partner based in the Chicago office, with a practice focused on debt financing in complex transactional matters.
Sean represents middle-market and upper-tier private equity sponsors, corporate borrowers, and financial institutions in all aspects of debt financing transactions, including syndicated credit facilities, direct lending and private credit, asset-based loans, leveraged acquisitions, refinancings and reorganizations. He has been responsible for transactions covering leveraged buy-outs, recapitalizations, cross-border financings and in-and-out of court restructurings.
