Peter is a seasoned litigator and advocate. He has handled all aspects of civil litigation, from initial pleadings through trial and appeal. His experience spans commercial, tort, constitutional, administrative, employment, and immigration law.
Before joining the firm, Peter spent five years as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Civil Division of the Eastern District of Virginia. In that role, Peter litigated more than 300 cases in one of the fastest civil dockets in the country and argued multiple appeals in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
Peter previously worked as an associate at a large international law firm following two federal clerkships.
