Patrick Rubalcava is an associate in the Business Trial Practice Group and member of the firm's Privacy and Cybersecurity Team.
Patrick represents clients facing legal challenges across an array of differing subject matters, including false advertising, data privacy, consumer class actions, copyright infringement claims, and trademark and trade dress infringement claims.
Patrick joined Sheppard following a judicial clerkship with the Hon. Fernando L. Aenlle-Rocha on the United States District Court for the Central District of California. He earned his law degree from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, where he was elected a member of the Executive Committee of the California Law Review.
