Nirav Bhatt is a partner in the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group. He is a co-lead for the firm's Alternative Finance industry team, and a member of the Private Equity industry team.
Nirav is a results-driven lawyer representing financial sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, non-bank lenders and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions. Nirav has extensive experience with first and second lien credit facilities, acquisition financings, seller notes, bridge loans, refinancing and recapitalization facilities, and secured creditor issues. Nirav also specializes in cross-border transactions and distressed lending scenarios.
Nirav regularly advises clients on industry trends and key terms in loan agreements and multi-jurisdictional collateral documents.
