Mosby Perrow represents electric, pipeline, and renewable energy companies on regulatory and transactional matters with extensive experience before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and the Department of Energy (DOE). He specializes in complex energy projects and regulatory proceedings that require expertise in and coordination between legal, governmental, and regulatory strategies and execution. Mosby has served as first-chair counsel in rate, certificate, and enforcement proceedings before federal agencies, and previously served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Kinder Morgan, Inc. Mosby began his career as an attorney advisor at FERC.
