Michael is an associate in the Intellectual Property Practice Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
Michael is an experienced trial litigator representing clients in the most high-stakes disputes, including cutting edge intellectual property and complex commercial disputes in federal district courts, state court, the International Trade Commission, and in arbitration. Michael has deep experience advising clients through all stages of litigation from inception through trial and appeals, in industries including cybersecurity, fiber optics, utility networks, semiconductors, laboratory test equipment, consumer electronics and pharmaceuticals. Michael’s successes on behalf of clients have been recognized in the industry, including the AmLaw Litigation Daily’s “Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs,” and Law360.
Michael received his J.D. from New York University School of law, and his undergraduate degree from New York University majoring in Classics with minors in Computer Science and the Business of Entertainment, Media and Technology. During his 1L summer, Michael interned for the Honorable Judge Paul G. Gardephe in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York.
