Mia Katz is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.
Mia represents clients across a wide variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, due diligence investigations, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters.
Professional and Educational Background
Prior to joining Sheppard, Mia earned her J.D. at USC Gould School of Law. In law school, Mia worked for the Small Business Clinic, providing legal assistance to startup companies and entrepreneurs.
Prior to law school, Mia earned a B.A. in International Relations and a minor in Business Finance. After graduating, she worked at Eisner LLP, a business and entertainment law firm, and Lionsgate Entertainment.
