Her practice spans drafting and prosecuting patent applications directed to compositions, processes, and methods of use, with experience across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, oil and gas, and cosmetics platforms. Beyond prosecution and preparation, Madison also has experience conducting patentability, invalidity, landscape, and freedom-to-operate (FTO) analyses and works closely with clients and counsel throughout the lifecycle of portfolio development.
