Jonathan N. Finkel

Jonathan is an attorney in the Labor and Employment Practice Group and the Firm’s Immigration team in the New York office. Jonathan joined the Firm in 2026. He previously was an immigration paralegal at a large multinational law firm that predominately practiced immigration law. Additionally, in a separate role, he was the sole internal stakeholder responsible for strategizing the U.S. immigration program of a large global diversified financial services company. Overall, Jonathan has almost 10 years of experience preparing U.S. immigration petitions on behalf of employers across various industries, and partnering with a variety of client stakeholders, including Legal, Human Resources, and Talent Acquisition teams, relocation providers, hiring managers, and foreign national employees themselves.
