John advises private equity clients on the creation of platform companies and the execution of add-on transactions to support portfolio company growth. He has deep experience in physician and dental practice transactions, having worked on more than 200 deals—ranging from several million to $1 billion—representing physicians, dentists and private equity clients. John also represents sponsors, portfolio companies, physicians and dentists in corporate governance matters and strategic transactions across the investment life cycle.
Finance and Lending
John’s practice also focuses on debt financing transactions for traditional banks, private credit, sponsors and borrowers including secured and unsecured financings, term loans, revolving credit facilities, mezzanine loans, DIP financings, working capital facilities and letter-of-credit arrangements. His finance experience spans transactions ranging from several million dollars to multibillion-dollar syndicated credit facilities. With over two decades of experience advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors, John combines technical expertise with a pragmatic approach that clients value.
