John Doyle is a seasoned litigation attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts across the country. John represents clients in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, including contract and business disputes, defamation, insurance coverage disputes, business-related torts, and others. John advises clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation investigation and dispute resolution, arbitration, motion practice, conducting discovery, mediation, trial, and appeal.
John is a former federal prosecutor and civil litigation attorney in the United States Army where he was responsible for federal civil litigation, criminal litigation, and regulatory investigations. Immediately prior to entering private practice John was a senior litigation attorney and branch chief at the Department of the Army's Litigation Division where he was responsible for defending the United States Army and its senior leaders in high-stakes litigation in federal district and appellate courts throughout the United States. With more than 19 years of experience in both private and governmental practice, John has provided strategic advice and legal counsel to senior business executives, officers, and boards of directors, and the Department of Defense's most senior leaders. He successfully led teams domestically and abroad, concerning a wide array of legal competencies ranging from the defense of complex, multimillion‐dollar class action lawsuits, to carrying out anti‐terrorism and humanitarian assistance operations overseas.
John is a dedicated pro bono practitioner, with a focus on aiding veterans and their families, as well as veteran non-profit organizations.
John is a decorated combat veteran with more than 19 years of experience in criminal and civil litigation, including managing complex trials, investigations, and national security and international law. John maintains a TopSecret/Sensitive Compartmented Information security clearance.
