Jami Fogelhut is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's San Francisco office.
Jami's practice focuses on general corporate transactional and governance matters. She assists clients in a broad range of industries, including healthcare, music, and technology.
Prior to law school, Jami was a paralegal at a global cosmetics company, where she supported a variety of transactional and commercial matters, such as advertising/marketing campaigns, promotion rules, and licensing and influencer agreements. While in law school, she gained experienced participating in her school's Startup Legal Garage and as a legal intern at a prescription skincare tech company and a major league baseball team.
