Jake Walker is an associate in the Antitrust and Competition Practice Group in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Jake's practice focuses on antitrust and competition matters involving civil and criminal government investigations, complex antitrust litigation, and merger review. Jake also has experience representing companies facing government investigations involving fraud and litigating claims arising under the Lanham Act.
Jake is also committed to his pro bono practice, where he has represented NGOs on environmental issues including endangered species protection under the ESA, as well as securing rental assistance for individuals.
During law school, Jake served as a Judicial Intern for the Hon. Richard M. Berman of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York. He also worked as a Judicial Extern for the Hon. Anne F. Reed of the 25th Judicial Circuit of Virginia.
