Hayley Grunvald focuses on employment litigation and counseling, including advising clients on allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment and non-compliance with wage and hour laws and regulations. She has represented employers in state and federal courts throughout the United States, as well as in administrative proceedings against individual and class claims across industries, including retail, transportation, finance, healthcare and technology. Hayley also handles a variety of nonemployment cases, including those involving alleged violations of Titles II and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
Hayley’s employment counseling practice involves regularly advising clients on wage and hour compliance, preparing employment policies and employment agreements, conducting sexual harassment and other employee training, managing large-scale investigations and providing day-to-day guidance on sensitive employee issues.
As a subset of Hayley’s employment litigation practice, she has significant experience in ADA access litigation and advocacy, having represented clients in courts nationwide and before various federal and state agencies. In this capacity, Hayley advises clients on all aspects of disability access compliance, both at their brick-and-mortar locations and on their websites and mobile applications.
