Gary is an attorney in the Labor and Employment Practice Group in the Firm’s Houston office. He has over 15 years of experience specializing in U.S. immigration and nationality law.
Gary is dedicated to helping multinational companies, entrepreneurs, investors, and individuals with their short-term and long-term immigration needs. His practice includes nonimmigrant visa petitions, including H-1B visas for specialty occupation workers, L-1 visas for intracompany transferees, E visas for treaty traders and investors, O-1 visas for individuals of extraordinary workers, and TN visas for USMCA professionals, among others. Gary also specializes in employment-based lawful permanent resident (“green card”) solutions including PERM Labor Certification and immigrant visa petitions. In addition, he advises clients on complex issues involving derivative citizenship and administrative review of loss of nationality.
