Greg Grigorian is a partner in the Finance and Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Corporate Practice Groups in the firm's Washington, D.C. and New York offices.
Greg's practice focuses on real estate and real estate finance, corporate finance and data center development and financing on behalf of clients such as private equity firms, banks, developers, corporations and other investors. He represents a variety of clients in real estate debt and equity transactions, mezzanine and subordinated debt financings, corporate loans, asset-based financings and other complex debt and equity arrangements. He regularly works with clients on warehouse lines, repo transactions, and the securitization of numerous asset classes in CMBS, CLO and CDO transactions.
Greg has helped launch numerous bridge loan platforms and has closed well in excess of $2 billion of bridge and construction loans.
In addition, Greg advises clients with respect to real estate matters related to investments in large-scale data center projects throughout the United States, including land acquisition, construction financing, power procurement and land use advice.
