In addition to her transactional practice, Christie regularly litigates high stakes bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office and has secured favorable outcomes for numerous clients.
As a former contracting officer with an unlimited warrant and a government contracts attorney at several federal executive agencies—including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, U.S. Department of Justice’s Office of Inspector General, and U.S. Department of Energy—Christie offers unique insight into procurement, source selection decisions, bid protests, and contract administration.
