Christian Corrales is an associate in the Corporate Practice Group in the firm's Century City office.
Christian represents clients across a wide variety of corporate matters including buy and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, due diligence investigations, corporate governance, and other general corporate matters. His clients span an array of industries including private equity, media and entertainment, and renewable energy.
Professional and Educational Background
Prior to joining Sheppard, Christian earned his J.D. at UCLA School of Law. In law school, Christian graduated with specializations in Business Law and Media, Entertainment, Technology, and Sports Law and served as an executive board member for the student-run pro bono program El Centro. Christian was a 2025 U. Serve LA honoree for his commitment to public interest and pro bono contributions at UCLA Law.
Prior to law school, Christian earned his B.A. in Psychology from UC Riverside. After graduating he worked as a talent assistant at Buchwald and as a touring assistant for Independent Artist Group.
