Autumn's practice focuses on providing legal and strategic guidance to startups, growth-stage companies and venture capital investors in a variety of industries. She regularly represents investor- and company-side clients on venture capital, growth equity, and other capital raising transactions; mergers and acquisitions; company formations, founder and corporate governance matters; and other transactional matters.
