Anthony Sensoli is special counsel in the firm's Chicago office. He is a member of the Energy Industry Team and Real Estate, Energy, Land Use & Environmental Practice Group.
Anthony focuses his practice on project finance, tax credit and merger and acquisition transactions primarily in the renewable energy sector. He represents developers, investors and lenders in connection with the development and financing of utility-scale and distributed generation energy projects. Anthony is also member of Sheppard's Associates Committee, Sustainability Committee and Out at Sheppard.
