Alyanna Gallo advises clients on a wide range of corporate transactions, with a primary focus on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships in the healthcare sector. Alyanna also helps organizations address complex regulatory and compliance challenges, guiding healthcare clients through the demands of a dynamic and highly regulated sector. She is also a member of the Women in Healthcare Leadership Collaborative.
Alyanna earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law in 2025, where she was recognized as a Dean's Scholar and Pro Bono Scholar, and served on the Editorial Board of the Connecticut Law Review. During law school, Alyanna was President of the Negotiation & Dispute Resolution Society and Co-President of the Health Law Society. Her legal experience includes work in the office of general counsel at a large academic medical center, participation in UConn Law's Animal Law Clinic, and service as a Judicial Intern for a federal judge in the District of Connecticut.
Prior to law school, Alyanna worked as a Contracts and Policy Specialist at a global relocation company and in the Corporate Compliance and Privacy department of a large nonprofit healthcare system. She received her M.S. in Biomedical Anthropology and B.S. in Biological Anthropology from Binghamton University.
