Turke, co-leader of Sheppard’s Aerospace, Defense and Government Services team, was recognized for guiding prominent aerospace and defense corporations through complex regulatory landscapes, antitrust approvals and strategic capital divestitures. Turke recently represented VideoRay in its acquisition by BlueHalo and Stellar Blu Solutions in its acquisition by Gilat Satellite Networks for $245 million.
Turke and Peykar also regularly co-lead deals for aerospace clients, including Aerospace Technologies Group’s multi-million-dollar sale to Jamco Corporation.
