Sheppard’s Intellectual Property practice is shortlisted in three categories in the 2026 Managing IP Americas Awards: Firm of the Year in Trademark Disputes (National); Firm of the Year in Patent Disputes (Regional: West); and Firm of the Year in Trademark Disputes (Regional: West). In addition, three Sheppard IP lawyers were shortlisted for individual regional awards, including Brad Graveline (Patent Litigator: Midwest), Steve Korniczky (Patent Litigator: West) and Lorna Tanner (Patent Prosecutor: West).
