In addition, Sheppard ranked regionally for Patent Disputes, Trademark Disputes and Trademark Prosecution in California, as well as Patent Disputes in New York.

Those selected for the “IP Stars” individual rankings, according to the editors, are considered “senior practitioners who have been recommended or identified as leaders in their firm and/or jurisdiction.”
IP STARS research, rankings and analysis provide independent and impartial accreditation across more than 70 jurisdictions. Rankings are based on extensive research carried out over a six-month period by a team of researchers who interview IP practitioners and their clients and review publicly available data. The results are based on a weighted system of peer and client feedback, combined with submissions analysis and independent research.
