Jennifer Nassiri and Aerin Snow were named to the Los Angeles Business Journal’s 2026 list of Women of Influence: Attorneys.
The annual list recognizes influential women legal professionals who have demonstrated exceptional skill and achievement across the full spectrum of responsibility, exemplary leadership as evidenced by the highest professional and ethical standards, and for contributions to the Los Angeles community at large.
Nassiri and Snow were recognized for their roles representing Village Roadshow Entertainment Group and its 33 affiliates through one of 2025’s most watched bankruptcies. Nassiri served as co-lead debtor’s counsel and Snow as lead corporate M&A counsel. The sale process drew robust interest and resulted in a competitive auction, which culminated in Alcon Media Group emerging as the successful bidder for the film library as well as the company’s studio business and derivative rights assets.
