Sheppard represented Sony Pictures Television in its acquisition of a majority interest in Alex Baskin’s production company, 32 Flavors. Founded in 2023, the company produces premium unscripted and nonfiction content across television, streaming and podcast platforms, with a portfolio that includes Vanderpump Rules, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Valley, among others.
The transaction reflects Sony Pictures Television’s continued investment in premium nonfiction and franchise-driven programming and further expands its portfolio of globally scalable content.
The Sheppard deal team was led by Aerin Snow, Shaun Clark, and Linda Michaelson, and included Sally Elshihabi, Keith Gercken, Josh Block, Joe Ireland, Kylie Arman, Jennifer Redmond and Tatev Hovhannisyan.
