Sheppard is representing York Space Systems (NYSE: YSS), a leading U.S.-based national defense and commercial prime provider of mission-critical solutions for national security, government and commercial customers, in its definitive agreement to acquire ALL.SPACE, a leading provider of advanced satellite communications terminals and multi-network connectivity solutions. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026, subject to customary conditions. Upon closing, ALL.SPACE will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of York.
The Sheppard deal team is led by Mike Wilson, Wes Fischer and Alex Schwartz and includes Tyler Arnfelt, Shinduk Seo, Carol Archer and Maeve O’Leary.
