Sheppard represented Chimney Rock Equity Partners and its portfolio company, Aeromax Group, in Aeromax’s acquisition of Loutech, a precision aerospace machined components manufacturer. This is Aeromax’s second acquisition since being acquired by Chimney Rock.
Chimney Rock is a private equity investment firm focused on North American lower middle market industrial companies, with an emphasis on the aerospace and defense, industrial products and services, and niche products and services end market. Aeromax is a diversified provider solutions for the commercial and military aerospace aftermarket, supporting customers worldwide across its maintenance, repair and operations, manufacturing and distributing divisions.
