This program will provide insight on the new Administration’s Executive Orders and their corresponding impact on government contractors. The presenters will discuss the Administration’s shifting funding priorities, the impact of the Administration’s DEI Executive Orders and corresponding agency guidance, and the labor and employment impact of the Administration’s reimagination of the Federal Government. Additionally, the discussion will address the implications of these orders for government contractors, including but not limited to potential contract modifications, stop-work orders, and funding realignments, and wholesale review of Federal grant programs.
